Siobhan "Shibby" Parker began dancing at age three starting with ballet and jazz. Over the years this expanded to include training in tap, contemporary, musical theatre, hip-hop, singing and acting. While attending Warringah Performing Arts School, Siobhan completed her RAD Ballet exams from Pre-Primary through to Advanced Foundation. From 2004 onward Siobhan trained at Brent St Studios, completing the HSC at Talent Development High School (2006) and her Cert IV in Performing Arts (2007). Siobhan has performed at many private/corporate events for clients including Paramount Pictures, NIDA, Sydney Motor Show and Sydney Kings and for charities including Variety Heart, Genes for Genes, Don’t Dis my Ability and Perform-Ability. She has performed multiple times on Australian morning television shows ‘Sunrise’ and ‘Mornings with Kerry Anne’, as well as appearing as a singing extra in an episode of Home and Away. Siobhan performed as a dancer on stage at the televised ‘Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards’ as well as in the Young Divas “This Time I know it's for Real’ film clip. Taking a particular liking to tap dance, Siobhan was a junior company member of Tapworks in their 2007 show ‘No Restrictions’. Siobhan performed at the Manly Jazz Festival 2015, tapping onstage alongside the Fabulous Rhythm Boys as well as at the Premier's Harmony Dinner with the Jamestown Collective in 2016. Siobhan studied fulltime dance again to refresh her skills at the Village PA in 2015. She is currently an active member of Sally Hare's “Girls on Tap” group - an all-female group of singing tap dancers! In 2016, Girls on Tap competed in the “Short and Sweet Cabaret” taking out the Judges' Choice Award in the heats and the People's Choice Award in the Grand Final. In 2016 Girls on Tap performed live on 'Weekend Sunrise'. Siobhan loves and is passionate about teaching dance and has been doing so for 8 years in various schools around Sydney.
